It has a leather strap with an 18k yellow gold Vacheron partial Maltese cross tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings. It has a yellow gold pull out winding crown, and a hinged half-hunter exhibition sapphire display snap on case back engraved with "VACHERON CONSTANTIN," a serial number and hallmarks. The 36mm diameter solid three-body case, straight lugs, and stepped bezel, are polished. It includes a silver guilloche dial with applied gold Roman numeral hour markers, and gold leaf-shaped hands. There is a recessed fan-shaped power reserve dial with a yellow gold hand between 10 and 11 o'clock, a recessed running small seconds subsidiary dial with black markers and a yellow gold hand at 6 o'clock, and a recessed radial date display with a yellow gold indicator is between 2 and 3 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 38-hour power reserve at full wind. The 9.26mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron & Constantin Patrimony Power Reserve 47200/1 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Vacheron & Constantin 1127 (base Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 889) movement. It's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 45 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a shock absorber device. It includes blued screws, a monometallic balance that's adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism, and 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance-spring, and a 21K white gold central rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Vacheron & Constantin Patrimony Power Reserve 47200/1 was introduced in 2000 and was produced until 2009.
