There is a solid snap on case back engraved with "REVERSO – 270.2.62 – JAEGER LECOULTRE," and the edition number out of 900 examples. The 42 mm x 26 mm (including lugs) five-body case, integral downturned lugs, and faceted and reeded art deco bezel are polished. It has a two-tone silver dial with a guilloche circular center, and applied faceted rose gold dagger and faceted spherical hour markers on a plain silver reserve. Around the perimeter is a rope-style pattern. It has rose gold Dauphine hands, and there is a rectangular subsidiary alternate guilloche running seconds dial at 6 o'clock with a black railway-style seconds track. The reverse is an exhibition scratch resistant sapphire display of the skeletonized hand engraved movement. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 9.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Art Deco 270.2.62 has a mechanical manual winding Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 822 AD movement. It's copper color and extensively hand engraved. It's constructed with 21 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Art Deco 270.2.62 was designed by Sylvain Golay; it was first introduced in 1992.
