This is an AISI 316L stainless steel Panerai Luminor Marina 1950, PAM 00312. It has a black alligator strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes the patented Panerai crown with a security lever for winding the watch under water, and a screwed down exhibition sapphire display case back. The 44mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and flat angled bezel are polished/brushed. The matte black "sandwich" dial has luminous Arabic numeral hour markers at 6, 9, and 12 o'clock, and luminous steel baton indexes. It includes luminous steel baton hands, and a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. There is a constant small seconds subsidiary dial at 9 o'clock. It's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet, and it has a 3-day (72-hour) power reserve at full wind. The 18mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic mechanical self-winding Panerai caliber 9000 movement is rhodium-plated, with an Incabloc® anti-shock device. It's constructed with 28 jewels, 197 components, a straight-line lever escapement, and two barrels. It includes a monometallic Glucydur® balance that's adjusted for heat, cold, and 5 positiions, and a bidirectional single piece rotor with an automatic ratchet device. It has a balance wheel with adjusting screws, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Officine Panerai AISI 316L stainless steel is extremely resistant to corrosion and hypoallergenic when in contact with the skin.
