This is an 18K white gold Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Art Deco Q277.34.60. It includes a leather strap with an 18k white gold tang buckle, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a pull out signed winding crown and a solid case back engraved with "REVERSO – JAEGER-LECOULTRE," a hallmark and a serial number. The 42mm by 26mm rectangular striated 5-body case, art deco convex bezel, straight lugs, and bracelet, are polished. The salmon-toned dial has applied faceted white gold dagger hour markers, and white gold dauphine hands. It has a center sunray guilloche circle and a vertically brushed guilloche outer reserve, and there is a rectangular perimeter raised dot chain around the entire face. It includes a diamond-pattern guilloche running constant small seconds salmon ringed subsidiary dial with black Arabic numerals, a black outer seconds scale, and a white gold indicator hand. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 38-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 9.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Art Deco Q277.34.60 has an exhibition sapphire display reverso face, with a mechanical manual winding caliber 822 AD (based on the Cartier caliber 822) movement. It's skeletonized, with completely hand-engraved copper-colored grain d'orge embellishment, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, 134 components, heat-blued screws, and an anti-shock system. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an index regulator. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
