This is an 18k rose gold Blancpain Villeret Time Zone 6260-3642-55. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k rose gold tang buckle, and an anti-scratch, glare-proofed sapphire crystal. There is an exhibition sapphire display case back engraved with "Villeret," the edition number, and there are hallmarks underneath each of the four lugs. The 38mm diameter solid three-body case, straight lugs, and stepped rounded bezel are polished. The dial is opaline silver with applied rose gold Roman numeral hour markers, gold feuille hands, and an off-center recessed second time zone dial at 12 o'clock. There is a recessed day/night indicator with applied gold sun and moon symbols at 9 o'clock, and a running seconds register is at 6 o'clock. There is a date aperture window at 3 o'clock, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 11mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Blancpain Villeret Time Zone 6260-3642-55 has an automatic self-winding Blancpain caliber 5L60 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 30 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring.
