This is an 18K yellow gold Breguet Perpetual Calendar, 3317. It has a leather strap with an 18k yellow gold tang Buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a skeletonized, hand engraved transparent display sapphire case back showing the pierced gilt-finished lever movement, an engraved gold rotor depicting the letter B, and a cabochon sapphire-set push/pull crown. The 36mm diameter case, rounded bezel, and straight lugs are polished. The dial is two-tone silver with a hand-engraved engine turned guilloche center and an outer circle with painted black Roman numeral hour markers on a plain reserve, and an outer reserve with dot minute/second index markers. It has blued Breguet hands and the perpetual calendar (English) includes a subsidiary dial day indicator between 3 and 4 o'clock, a date indicator at 6, and a leap year sub dial Between 8 and 9 o'clock. The 45-hour power Reserve sector arch is between 10 and 11 o'clock, and the moon phase dial is between 1 and 2 o'clock. A small blue center hand shows the month. The 8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic self-winding Breguet caliber 502 movement is skeletonized gilt brass, with hand-engraved embellishment. It's constructed with 38 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a shock absorber mechanism, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 21K gold rotor.
