This is a 1995 stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air King 14000. It has a stainless steel Oyster link bracelet with a double folding deployment clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a screw down Twinlock winding crown, and a solid screw down case back. The 34mm diameter solid three-body case, straight lugs, and flat angled bezel, are polished/brushed. It has a midnight blue dial with applied faceted baton hour indices with luminous inserts, and there are applied steel Arabic numeral hour markers at the quarter-hours, with the Rolex crown at 12 o'clock. It has a white luminous perimeter minute/second scale, steel baton hands with luminous inserts, and there is a steel sweep center second hand. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. The 11.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air King 14000 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 3000 movement. It's rhodium plated and constructed with 27 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic adjustable mass balance, and a KIF shock absorber device. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting, and it was the last Rolex movement to use a balance cock and flat hairspring without an overcoil. It has bidirectional winding, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air King 14000 was introduced in 2004, and it was produced until 2006.
