This is an 18k rose gold Blancpain, Reference 2841-36B30-64B. It has a composite rubber strap with an 18k rose gold deployant buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a screw-down exhibition sapphire case back engraved with "Leman," and the serial number. It has a screw-down winding crown and pushbuttons; the crown at 2 o'clock adjusts the time, the crown at 4 o'clock controls the alarm functions, and the pushbutton at 8 turns the alarm on/off. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and stepped rounded bezel are polished. The dial is black with luminous Arabic numeral hour markers at 3, 6, and 9, and baton hour indices. It has rose gold skeleton epee hands with luminous arrow tips, and a center GMT hand with a red arrow tip that indicates the perimeter 24-hour second time zone track. There is a luminous alarm time dial at 3 o'clock, a date aperture window between 4 and 5 o'clock, and a subsidiary seconds register is at 6 o'clock. A 40-hour power reserve arc is between 10 and 12 o'clock, and there is an alarm on/off indicator between 12 and 1 o'clock. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and the 14.1mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The mechanical automatic self-winding Blancpain caliber 1241 G movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 38 jewels, 407 components, and a shock absorber device. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. There is a single hammer that chimes the alarm, and there is elaborate fausses cotes decoration on the 18K white gold rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz).
