More about 3710 Nautilus Power Reserve
This is a stainless steel Patek Philippe “Comet” jumbo Nautilus 3710/1A-001. It includes an integral stainless steel link bracelet with a triple fold over deployment clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings. It has a protected pull out winding crown, and a solid screw-down case back. The 42mm by 38mm (including lugs) cushion-shaped solid two-body case, hooded lugs, bracelet, and flat beveled bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is black with applied steel Roman numeral hour markers with luminous tritium inserts, and luminous tritium steel baton hands. It has a central sweep seconds hand, and there is a perimeter railway-style minute/seconds scale. There is a comet-shaped 48-hour power reserve indicator at the 12 o'clock position, and a date aperture window is at 3 o'clock. It's water resistant to 125 meters/400 feet, and the 8.1mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe “Comet” jumbo Nautilus 3710/1A-001 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 330 SC movement that's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 30 jewels, a shock absorber device, a straight-line lever escapement, and it has the Geneva stamp of quality. It includes a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to cold, heat, isochronism and 5 positions, a self-compensating free sprung Breguet balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The Patek Philippe “Comet” jumbo Nautilus 3710/1A-001 was introduced in 2000. It's the second generation of the Nautilus line, which debuted in 1976, its design inspired by a ship’s porthole.
