More about Master Geo Steel Silver Dial

This is a stainless steel Jaeger-LeCoultre Master World Geographic 142.8.92. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The crown at 3 o'clock sets the time of the two time zones, and the crown at 10 o'clock on the left-side case band chooses the second city. It has a corrector for the date at 2 o'clock on the right-side case band. The solid case back is secured with 4 screws, it has the Master Control logo circle in a gold tone, and it's engraved with "JAEGER-LECOULTRE – 5 ATM," and a serial number. The 38mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned lugs, and angled bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is two-tone silver with applied faceted steel dart hour markers in a plain reserve, an outer black minute/second scale. It has steel Alpha hands with luminous fill, a center sweep seconds hand, and there is a 45-hour power reserve arched dial at 10 o'clock with a blue indicator hand. It has a second time zone 12-hour subsidiary dial with a blue day/night indicator and hand at 6 o'clock, and there is another arched aperture at 6 o'clock showing the outer revolving disc indicating the names of 24 world cities. It has a 43-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, and the thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger-LeCoultre Master World Geographic 142.8.92 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 939 movement that's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 34 jewels, 310 components, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a shock absorber device, a monometallic balance with timing screws, and a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring. There is a 22k gold rotor segment, a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting, and the movement oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). The Jaeger-LeCoultre Master World Geographic 142.8.92 was first introduced in 1990. The gold medallion on the case back signifies that It has passed the six-week, 1000-hour series of Master Control tests.

I have been dealing with European Watch Company for over ten years, and have purchased several wrist watches, including IWC, Patek Philippe, Rolex, and Jaeger-LeCoultre. They were not only fairly priced but arrived in like-new condition, fully warranted by European Watch Company. This company has an attentive, knowledgeable staff, a large inventory, and is a genuine pleasure to deal with.

Just completed my 7th transaction with EWC and for the 7th time the transaction was smooth, flawless and quick. Joshua is quick to respond to any e-mails and answer any questions. Ashley knows how to complete the necessary paperwork to avoid any delays at Customs as I am located in Canada and all paperwork needs to be completed perfectly which she is an expert at. You only want to deal with the best and the team at EWC is the best. There is a Yiddish word to describe the people at EWC and that word is mensches which translates to people of integrity and honour.

After a lengthy search I located the Patek Philippe I desired at EWC, but the decision to make a high dollar purchase over the internet was a difficult one. Through numerous emails with Justin and looking at reviews of EWC I made the decision to proceed and I am now ECSTATIC. The watch is exactly as described and pictured. It was perfectly packaged and shipped FedEx overnight. My watch collection now includes the watch I have been seeking for over a year.In summary, you can deal with the EWC staff with confidence. They are professional, honest and you will receive a quality watch which will put a smile on your face.

I live in San Francisco but the EWC website is the first place I check once I get an impulse for a particular watch. EWC's website is cozy and feels like home. I enjoy the photos, presentation, description and historical notes of each item and really like their next day delivery, so I stay loyal to them. Sometimes I must wait awhile for a watch to become available but can usually find anything I want. Then there are the watches you never knew you wanted until you see them here.

Dear EWC, I have just completed my very first purchase with your company: a mint Lange Datograph. Robert was extremely help throughout the process with the item delivered nicely packed to my Hong Kong address within days. The condition of the watch was absolutely mint as described and has exceeded my expectations, even under a loupe! I will be a return customer in no time. Well done!
