This is an 18k rose gold Breguet Type XXI Transatlantique Fly back 3810BR/92/9ZU. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k rose gold deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has round "pushrod" chronograph push buttons, a screw down winding crown, and there is a screw down case back engraved with "BREGUET TYPE XXI – AUTOMATIQUE – ETANCHE – 10 BAR/100M – REF. 3810," and a serial number. The 43mm diameter solid three-body case with coin-edge flanks, "scalloped" downturned lugs, and flat angled bezel, are polished/brushed. The bezel is engraved with black Arabic numerals with a luminous white dive triangle at 60, and it's bi-directional with a knurled edge. The dial is dark brown Ruthenium, with a sunray patterning. It has luminous Arabic white numerals and applied gold diamond-shaped hour markers, with luminous diamond markers at 3 and 9 o'clock. It has gold pointed luminous baton hands, there is a center sweep chronograph second hand with a round counter balance, and a second gold center sweep hand with a diamond indicator marks out the luminous white perimeter scale to 60. It has a shock absorber mechanism, and a self-compensating Breguet balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). Breguet Type XX military-style wrist chronograph with a fly back hand began production in 1954. They were originally produced for the French naval air force. The Type XX became The Type XXI at the turn of the 21st century.
