This is a stainless-steel Jaeger-LeCoultre Ladies medium Reverso classique 250.8.86. It has a stainless steel link bracelet with a double folding deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. The reverse case back is polished and plain for engraving, and the inside case back is engine turned. The snap down outside case back is engraved with "REVERSO – JAEGER-LECOULTRE. The 23mm x 39mm (including lugs) solid rectangular tonneau three-body case, straight hooded lugs, bracelet, and rectangular striated art nouveau-style convex bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is white with black Arabic numeral hour markers, blued sword JLC hour and minute hands, and there is a blue rectangular inner railway-style minute scale. It has a 38-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 7.56mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger-LeCoultre Ladies medium Reverso classique 250.8.86 has a mechanical manual winding JLC caliber 846/1 movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment and it's constructed with 18 jewels, 93 components, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, and five positions. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, an index regulator, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
