The 45.9mm by 45.6mm tonneau-shaped solid three-body case, straight lugs, and stepped bezel are polished/brushed; the black bezel is coated with ADLC (amorphous diamond-like carbon). It has a silver opaline dial, black Roman numerals on a guilloche reserve, Super-LumiNova inserts in the sword shaped black steel hands, and a black centered sweep seconds hand. There is a center railroad-style minute scale with square black hour indices, and the trapezoidal date aperture window is at the 3 o'clock position. It has a 42-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. The 11.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Cartier Men's Roadster S W6206017 has an automatic self-winding caliber Cartier 049 (base ETA 2892-A2) movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 21 jewels, an Incabloc shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, a micrometer regulator, and a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting.
