This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Jump-Hour "150th Anniversary of Patek Philippe" 3969R. It includes an alligator leather strap with an 18K rose gold tang buckle and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a signed pull out winding crown, hallmarks on the left side case band at 9 o'clock, and a solid snap down case back engraved with "PATEK PHILIPPE – GENEVE – 150TH ANNIVERSAIRE – 1839-1989," and a serial number. The 27.5mm by 28.2mm tonneau barrel-shaped solid two-body case, gently curved lugs, and rounded bezel, are polished. The matte silver dial has painted radial Arabic numbers for the minutes, while the square aperture window for the jump hour display is at 12 o'clock; it's constructed with a disk that rotates beneath the aperture and each time the minute hand passes 12, the disk “jumps” to the subsequent hour. There is an outer railway-style black minute perimeter track with black trapezoidal hour indices and inner Arabic numerals every five minutes to 60, and a blued Breguet-style poire minute hand with a circular indicator. It's water resistant to 25 meters/90 feet, it has a 44-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Jump-Hour "150th Anniversary of Patek Philippe" 3969R has a mechanical manual-winding Patek Philippe calibre 215 HG movement that's rhodium-plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment and it's stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark. It's constructed with 18 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a shock absorber mechanism. It has a self-compensating free sprung flat balance spring as well as the patented Patek Philippe Gyromax balance that compensates for cold, heat, isochronism and 5 positions. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). Patek Philippe produced this watch in 1989 in a limited edition of 450 Pieces in Rose Gold, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the company. It was an homage to their jump hour watch of the 1920's.
