This is a stainless steel Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Grande Reserve, 301.81.20. It has an integral Stainless Steel Bracelet with a deployant clasp, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides. The 29mm by 46.5mm solid five-body case, reeded art deco tonneau-shaped bezel, and bracelet are polished. The top dial is two-toned silver with painted black Arabic numeral hour markers on a plain reserve, blued steel epee hands, a rectangular concentric outer minute track, and a small subsidiary seconds dial in the lower right Quadrant between 4 and 5 o'clock. The reverse case displays an eight-day "jumping" power reserve indicator. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The manual winding Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 874 movement is rhodium plated with fausses-côtes embellishment. It's constructed with 25 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, duo-spring-barrels, a self-compensating flat balance-spring, and a micrometer regulator.
