This is an 18K yellow gold Breguet Classique 5140BB/29/W6. It has a leather strap with a matching 18k yellow gold buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes a signed pull out winding crown and a solid snap down case back engraved with "BREGUET – AUTOMATIC – REF 5140," hallmarks, and a case number. The solid, 40mm diameter case, rounded bezel, and straight downturned screwed lugs, are polished. It includes a coin-edged case band and the dial is white enamel with blued steel Breguet hands. It has stylized black Breguet Arabic numeral hour markers, and a perimeter minute ring with black dot minute divisions. There is an off-centered recessed white subsidiary dial with a fancy Breguet indicator hand for the constant small running seconds between 5 and 6 o'clock, and it has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 10.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Breguet Classique 5140BB/29/W6 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Breguet caliber 502.3SD movement that's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 35 jewels and a shock absorber mechanism. There is a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz). The Breguet Classique 5140BB/29/W6 was introduced in the 2000's.
