This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Calatrava 6000R-001. It has an alligator leather strap with a matching 18K rose gold deployment buckle, and scratch-resistant sapphire crystals. It has a pull out signed winding crown, and a screw down exhibition sapphire display case back. The 37mm diameter solid three-body case, slightly downturned lugs, and convex bezel are polished. It has an inner "piano" style minute track, and a screwed down transparent sapphire display case back. The dial is dark brown with white luminous Arabic numeral hour markers, gold baton hands, and a perimeter radial date chapter ring indicated by a central sweep gold hand with a red crescent-shaped pointer. There is a recessed white subsidiary small seconds dial at the 5 o'clock position, and it's water resistant to 25 meters/80 feet. It has a power reserve of 48 hours at full winding, and the 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Calatrava 6000R-001 has an automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 240/166 movement that's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 27 jewels, 191 components, and eight bridges. It has the Patek Philippe seal of quality, a straight-line lever escapement, an index regulator, and a shock absorber mechanism. There is a free-sprung Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an off-center 22K gold micro-rotor. The mechanism oscillates at 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The Patek Philippe Calatrava 6000R-001was introduced in 2008.
