The 34mm diameter solid two-body case, curved lugs, and flat bezel are polished. The dial is black with applied steel Arabic numeral quarter-hour markers, faceted applied dart indexes, and polished steel dauphine hands. It's water resistant to 50 meters/160 feet, and it has a 35-hour power reserve. The ultra-thin 5.8mm case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra-Thin 145.8.792.S has a manual winding mechanical Jaeger-LeCoultre caliber 849 movement that's rhodium plated, with Cotes de Geneve embellishment. It's constructed with a shock absorber mechanism, 19 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperature and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an index regulator. It has blued screws and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
