It's water resistant to 50 meters/160 feet, and it has a 35-hour power reserve. The ultra thin 6mm case, dial, and movement are all signed. The manual winding mechanical Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 849 movement is rhodium plated, with fausses cotes decoration, and a shock absorber mechanism. It's construced with 19 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperature and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an index regulator. The ultra-thin watch is what brought partners, Jacques-David LeCoultre, and Edmond Jaeger together by telephone in 1903.
