This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Day Power Reserve, 5100R-001. It has a leather strap with a matching 18K rose gold tang buckle, a scratch resistant sapphire crystal, and a protected winding crown. The 51.7mm by 29.6mm solid two-body curved lozenge-shaped case, bezel, and downturned lugs are polished, and the sapphire display case back is secured with 4 screws. The dial is slate grey with applied rose gold dart indexes and Arabic numeral hour markers, and rose gold dauphine hands. There is an outer minute/second track, and a small seconds subsidiary dial at the 6 o'clock position. The 10-day power reserve sub dial with a rose gold indicator is at 12 o'clock, and it's water resistant to 25 meters. It has a Certified Official Swiss Chronometer (COSC) certification, and the 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The manual winding Patek Philippe caliber 28-20/220 movement is rhodium plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark. It's constructed with 29 jewels, 9 of them in 18K gold chatons, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a patented Patek Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, and a double barrel. Patek Philippe introduced this watch in a limited edition of 750 pieces in 2000 to celebrate the new millennium.
