It includes an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold deployment buckle and a scratch resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal. It has a signed pull out winding crown and there are correctors in the right-side case band at 2 and 4 o'clock, with two more on the left-side case band at 8 and 10 o'clock for the annual calendar functions. There is a snap-down exhibition sapphire display crystal case back with a thumb-latch and hallmarks underneath the lugs. The 38mm diameter solid three body case, curved lugs, and sloped flat bezel are all polished. The dial has a circular silver center with an outer white ring with painted blue baton hour, second, and minute index markers. Around the perimeter is a white railway-style minute/second chapter ring with blue Arabic numerals every five seconds to 60. It includes gunmetal blued feuille leaf hands with a center sweep seconds hand. It has twin rectangular windows for the day and month near the center and there is a recessed circular subsidiary 24-hour night/day dial and combination moon phase at 6 o'clock with a date aperture window at its 6 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 45-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 11.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Calatrava Annual Calendar 5396G-001 has a mechanical Patek Philippe automatic self-winding caliber 324/303 S QA LU 24H movement that's rhodium-plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and the stamp of the Patek Philippe seal. It's constructed with 34 jewels, 347 components, a straight-line lever escapement, and the patented Gyromax balance that adjusts for cold, heat, isochronism, and for five positions. It has a shock absorber system, a 21K gold rotor with a Calatrava symbol, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz).
