This is a stainless steel Jaeger LeCoultre Lady Reverso Duetto, Q2668410. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel deployment buckle, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both faces. The 20.7mm by 33mm solid three-body case, reeded art deco bezel, and integral straight lugs are polished. The upper dial is two-tone silver with a guilloche finish in the center, black painted Arabic numeral hour markers, an inner minute track, and blued sword hands. The Reverso face has a circular recessed mother-of-pearl dial with a fine yellow gold rim, inside a silver guilloche square, and blued sword hands. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 40-hour power reserve at full wind. The 8.5mm thick case, dials, and movement are all signed. The mechanical manual winding Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 844 movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and a shock absorber mechanism. It's constructed with 18 jewels, 100 components, a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperature and 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The rotor oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
