The 25mm by 28mm solid two-body case is a polished rectangular tank-style. The case back is secured with four screws, and the bezel is set with two single rows of diamonds – one on each side – comprised of 36 top Wesselton quality stones with a weight of approximately .45 carats. The crown is also set with a solitaire Onyx cabachon. It has the “forever black” anthracite dial with white gold applied Roman numerals at 6 and 12 o'clock, white gold baton hands with luminous inlays, and ten diamond hour markers. The quartz E15 movement comes with standardization, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 6mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.. Patek introduced the ladies’ Twenty-4® collection in 1999.
