This is a stainless steel Panerai Luminor Marina Automatic, PAM00164. It has a brown alligator leather strap with an Officine Panerai stainless steel double deployament buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a screwed-down engraved case back, and the patented winding crown with security lever for winding the watch underwater. The 44mm diameter solid three-body cushion-shaped case, round flat bezel, and downturned lugs are brushed and polished. The dial is black with luminous Arabic numeral hour markers and dot indexes, and luminous baton hands. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position, and a subsidiary constant seconds dial at 9. It has a 42-hour power reserve, and it's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet. The 15mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic self-winding Panerai caliber OP III movement is rhodium-plated, with oeil de perdrix and special Panerai embellishment. It's constructed with 21 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted for temperature and 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a micrometer regulator.
