It has a screw down winding crown, and a half-hunter case with a hinged back that snaps over the transparent sapphire crystal display case back. The 38mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and rounded stepped bezel, are polished. It includes a silver dial with gold sword hands with luminous inserts, a gold center sweep date hand that indicates on the perimeter date scale with a red arrow tip. There are applied faceted gold baton hour markers around an outer black dot minute/second scale, gold applied Roman numerals at 3 and 9 o'clock, and around the perimeter flange is a black Arabic numeral radial date chapter ring. There are twin day and month aperture windows beneath 12 o'clock, and a gold applied "B" for Blancpain at 12. There is a combination moon phase and running small seconds register at 6 o'clock, with a gold indicator hand. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and there is a 100-hour power reserve at full winding. The 12.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Blancpain Leman Complete Calendar Moonphase 3563A-3642 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Blancpain caliber 6763 movement that's rhodium-plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment. It's constructed with 30 jewels, 261 components, and a shock absorber device. It has a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an 18K gold rotor.
