This 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe 2573J measures hours and minutes, while the manual-winding movement Caliber 23-300 has 18 jewels, and a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions. It has a straight-line lever escapement, a shock-absorbing mechanism and the self-compensating Breguet balance spring with a micrometer regulator. The dial is silver with applied gold index markers and the movement, case, and dial are signed. It's 7.8mm thick and the leather strap has an 18K gold pin buckle. It was also produced in white and rose gold, and a very few in platinum. It's a men's classic from the 1950's and 60's.
