This is a 1970's Patek Philippe 18K yellow Golden Ellipse 3582/J. The 6mm thin rectangular case has an oval dial and the bezel and face are Tiffany blue enamel with 18K solid gold baton hands. The manual winding Caliber 23-300 PM movement has 18 jewels and a 48 hour power reserve. The leather strap has an 18K gold oval shaped buckle that mirrors the dial. It's water resistant to 25m. Even though this is 29mm. x 35 mm men's watch, more than a few ladies have fallen for the blue enamel on yellow gold vintage design. Tiffany and Company retailed it in 1970.
