This is a stainless steel Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control Automatic 1000 Hours 145.8.89. It has an alligator leather strap with a JLC stainless steel deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a solid polished case back secured with 4 screws, that's engraved with, "JAEGER LECOULTRE - 5ATM, and in the center is the gold Master Control medallion in high relief. The 37mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned lugs, and angled bezel are polished. The dial is silver with applied faceted steel dart and Arabic numerals at 6, 9, and 12 o'clock, and there are luminous dot hour indices on a perimeter minute/seconds scale. It has steel lance alpha hands with luminous inserts, and a blued center sweep seconds hand. There is a date aperture window at 3 o'clock, and it's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet. The 9.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control Automatic 1000 Hours 145.8.89 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Jaeger LeCoulter caliber 889/2 movement that's rhodium plated with fausses côtes embellishment. It's constructed with 36 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 6 positions, a self-compensating flat balance-spring, and a 21K gold rotor segment.
