This is an 18K yellow gold Breguet Marine, 3400BA/12/196. It has a leather strap with a double deployant clasp, a scratch resistant sapphire crystal, and the solid case back is secured with 6 screws. The 35.3mm diameter solid three-body case, reeded band, fluted winding crown and crown guard, rounded stepped bezel, and straight lugs with gold screwed bars are polished. There is a date aperture at the six o'clock position. The two-toned dial has a silver guilloche center, with painted black Roman numeral hour markers on a plain reserve, luminescent outer dot minute divisions, blued steel Breguet hands, and a center sweep seconds hand. It's water resistant to 50 meters/150 feet, and the 8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The mechanical automatic self-winding Breguet caliber 549 movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and a shock absorber mechanism. It's constructed with 36 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperature and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating Breguet balance spring, and a hacking seconds mechanism.
