This is a stainless steel Blancpain Villeret Chronometer, reference 7002-1130-55. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings. There is a screw-down exhibition sapphire display case back. The 36mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and stepped bezel are polished. The dial is opaline black with applied white gold Breguet Arabic numeral hour markers, luminescent dots, and luminescent gold feuille hands. There is an outer minute scale and a constant seconds subsidiary dial at the 6 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 40-hour power reserve. The 8.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Blancpain Villeret Chronometer, reference 7002-1130-55, has a mechanical manual winding Blancpain caliber 1161 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes decoration. It's constructed with 30 jewels, 189 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to five positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring.
