There are two complete watches: On one side is a two-tone guilloche silver dial with black painted Arabic numeral hour markers on a plain rectangular reserve, and blued alpha hands. A rectangular subsidiary small seconds dial is at the 6 o'clock position, and the 26mm by 36mm (without lugs) solid five-body art-nouveau tonneau-style case, rounded and reeded bezel, and integral lugs are polished. On the reverse is a black dial with an off-center time ring with luminous Arabic hour numerals at 3 of the quarter hours, luminous alpha hands, and applied steel dart indexes on a plain reserve. There is a subsidiary dial at the 6 o'clock position with the second 24-hour time zone, and an aperture window to the left for night, and to the right for day. By utilizing the pusher on the band, the hours may be forwarded independently from the other dial. It's water resistant to 25 meters/80 feet, and the 9.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Duoface 270.2.54 has a mechanical manual winding Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 854 movement that's copper-colored, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 21 jewels, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring.
