This is an 18k yellow gold A. Lange & Sohne Langematik SAX-O-MAT 301.021. It has an alligator leather strap with a gold ALS tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 37mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and rounded bezel are polished. The dial is solid silver with applied 18K yellow gold, faceted baton markers and an oversize gold Arabic 12. The 18K gold dauphine hands have luminous inserts, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 9.7mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This A. Lange & Sohne Langematik SAX-O-MAT 301.021 has a mechanical automatic Lange Caliber L 921.2 movement. It has a German silver 3/4 Glassutte plate, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 36 jewels, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has a swan neck micrometer regulator, a shock absorber, the patented Lang self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 21K gold microrotor with a platinum segment. It includes a hand-engraved balance bridge. The movement, dial, and case are signed. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz). The A.
