This is a Patek Philippe Gondolo 5111 G in 18K white gold. The case is an art deco, curved rectangle with basket-weave corners, and it's only 8mm. thick. It has a two-tone silvered dial with an engine-turned guilloche center and applied white gold darts as hour markers with an Arabic 12. It has a stepped-down subsidiary seconds subdial at 6 o'clock and the case, dial, and movement are signed. The caliber 215 manual winding movement has 18 jewels, 130 parts, the patented Gyromax balance with a 44-hour power reserve, and it's water resistant to 25 meters. The mechanism beats at 28,800 vibrations an hour and the leather strap has an 18K white gold tang buckle. This watch was made from 2004 to 2007, and was also available in yellow and rose gold, and platinum with rose gold crossbars. The collection, launched in 1993, was named from the "Chronometro Gondolo" watches that Patek made from 1902 to 1930 for Brazilian retailer Gondolo & Labouriau. The Gondolo Pateks are always reminiscent of the sweeps, steps, and geometry of the Art Deco style designs, and this watch is a wonderful example of the deco melded with the modern.
