This is a 1976 stainless steel Rolex Daytona Cosmograph "Sigma" black panda Dial, 6263. It has an integral stainless steel Oyster bracelet (78360), with a double deployant folding clasp, and an acrylic crystal. It has a solid screw-down case back, chronograph pushbuttons, and winding crown. The 37mm diameter solid three-body case, integral lugs, and bracelet are polished/brushed. There is an original black MK1 bakelight tachymeter bezel with 200 UPH. The original MK1 dial is black with silver sub dials, applied faceted baton index hour markers with luminous dots, and the original baton hands have luminous inserts. There is an inner minute/second track, and an outer 1/5-second track. There is a subsidiary dial for the constant seconds at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour sub dial at the 6 o'clock position, and a 30-minute register at 3 o'clock. The 13.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The mechanical manual winding Rolex caliber 727 movement is rhodium-plated, with a shock absorber mechanism. It's constructed with 17 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperature and 3 positions. It includes a self-compensating free sprung Breguet balance spring, a blue Parachrom spring, and Microstella regulating screws.
