This is an 18K white gold Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 3940G-029. It has an alligator leather strap with a matching white gold deployment buckle. The solid, round, polished case has a stepped bezel with straight lugs. The month and leap year are displayed on a sub dial at 3 o'clock. The date and moon phase sub dial is at 6 o'clock, with the day and 24-hour time at 9. It has a salmon-colored dial with applied white gold baton hour markers, leaf-shapped hands, and exterior dot minute indexes. It has a 46-hour power reserve and it's water resistant to 25 meters / 80 feet. The 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 3940G-029 has a mechanical automatic Patek Philippe caliber 240-Q movement that's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes decoration, and it has the Patek Philippe stamp. It's constructed with 27 jewels, 275 parts, and a lateral lever escapement with three arms under a polished steel bridge. It has a 22K winding rotor and the patented Patek Philippe Gyromax balance that adjusts for cold, heat, isochronism and 5 positions. It includes a shock absorber mechanism, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring.
