This is an 18K rose gold Vacheron Constantin Chronometre Royal 1907, 86122/000r-9362. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k rose gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a screw-down exhibition sapphire display case back. The dial is 18k white gold with black painted radial Arabic numeral hour markers, and a railway-style outer minute/second track. The 39mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and slightly rounded bezel are polished/brushed. It has gold spade shaped hands and a thin blued center sweep second hand with a stop-second function for accuracy. It has a certificate from the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC), and the movement has the hallmark of the quality seal of Geneva. It has a 43-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The mechanical automatic self-winding Vacheron Constantin Caliber 2460 SCC movement is rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 27 jewels, 182 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, and monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
