This is an 18K rose gold FP Journe Centigraphe Souverain Boutique Edition. It has a leather strap with a matching 18K rose gold depolyant buckle. The solid two-body case, downturned lugs, and rounded bezel are polished, as is the lever at 2 o'clock, and the winding crown. It has a sapphire crystal lens and exhibition back secured with 6 screws. There is a foudroyante display at 10 o'clock, and the chronograph is capable of timing 1/100th second intervals (or an object moving 360,000 km/hour, while the lever starts/stops, and resets the chronograph. The dial is black with gold Journe hands and gold painted radial Arabic numeral index markers. A raised trio of silver guilloche subsidiary displays includes the 1-second aperture at 10 o'clock, the 20-second at 2 o'clock, and the 10-minute at 6. Each has a time scale in red, and a tachymeter in black. It has an 80-hour power reserve at full wind without engaging the chronograph, and 24 hours with the chronograph running. The dial, case, movement, and buckle are all signed.

The manual winding F.P. Journe caliber 1506 movement is gold with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 49 jewels, 259 components, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic 4-arm balance with 4 timing weights that are adjusted to 5 positions, and an anachron self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at 21,600 vph. (3 Hz).

F.P. Journe received the “Aiguille d’Or” at the 2008 Geneva Watchmaking Grand Prix for the Centigraphe Souverain, as well as the “Watch of the Year” on Timezone.com. In 2009 it won the “Best Technique Innovation Watch” at the Champions of Time competition in China.
