It's water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet), it has a 65-hour power reserve, and the 14mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. It has a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Chronograph II Q1758421relies on a butterfly collar around the pushers & crown; they turn a 1/2 turn clockwise & counter-clockwise, which compresses gaskets to ensure water resistance.
