This is an 18K white gold Patek Philippe Calatrava 5227G-001. It has an alligator leather strap with a matching white gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 39mm diameter solid two-body case, stepped bezel, and downturned lapidated lugs are polished and brushed. It has an officer's Snap-On case back that reveals the exhibition sapphire crystal displaying the movement. The dial is ivory lacquer with applied rose gold stick numerals, rose gold alpha hands, a gold center sweep second hand, and a dot outer minute/second track. The gold-rimmed date aperture is at the 3 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 45-hour power reserve at full wind. The 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

The automatic Caliber 324 S C movement is rhodium-plated with fausses cotes decoration, stamped with the Patek Philippe seal. It contains 29 jewels, 6 bridges, 213 components, a self-compensating Spiromax balance spring, and a 21K gold rotor. It has a shock absorber as well as the patented Patek Gyromax balance adjusted to cold, heat, isochronism, and five positions. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
