It has a blue alligator leather strap with a signed stainless steel folding deployment clasp, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a fluted signed screw down winding crown with fully protective crown guards, and an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 6 screws and engraved with "PIERRE KUNZ GENEVE – INSANITY – LIMITED EDITION -G 019 SPORT – 100M/328FT," and an edition number. The 41mm diameter solid two-body case, straight square notched lugs, and flat angled bezel with engraved "PIERRE KUNZ – INSANITY" in blue letters, are satin/brushed with a fluted case band. The dial is blue and white with red accent numerals, and whirling time-in-motion overlapping apertures called "infinity looping" that indicate the odd hours, with a hypnotic center spirograph. The cycloid red spade-shaped hour hand follows a path along the looped set of 12 hours, with each line representing 5 minutes. It has hours, minutes, and small seconds functions. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, it has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 10.4mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The Pierre Kunz Insanity "Spirit of Challenge" PKG019INSANITYBLWT has a mechanical automatic self-winding Pierre Kunz caliber PK2001-1533 (based on the ETA caliber 2892-A2) movement. It's rhodium plated with sunray fluted fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, an anti-shock system, blued screws, an Incabloc anti-shock system, and an Etachron regulator system. It includes a ball bearing system rotor, bi-directional winding, a hacking seconds device for precision time setting, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Pierre Kunz Insanity "Spirit of Challenge" PKG019INSANITYBLWT was introduced in 2014 in an extremely limited edition of 151 examples.
