This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Calatrava 5119G-001. It includes an alligator leather strap with an 18K rose gold tang buckle. It has a fluted signed pull out winding crown, and an exhibition sapphire display case back with hallmarks and a flip up half hunter back. The 36mm diameter solid two-body case, straight lugs, and the traditional double-rowed hobnail bezel, are polished. There is a white lacquered dial with blued feuille leaf hands, and black Roman numeral hour markers. It includes a white small running constant seconds subsidiary dial with black markers and a blued indicator hand at 6 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, It has a 44-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 7.2mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Calatrava 5119G-001 has a mechanical manual winding Patek Philippe caliber 215 PS Movement. It's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's stamped with the Patek Philippe seal. It is constructed with 18 jewels, 130 parts, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. It has a shock absorber as well as the patented Patek Gyromax balance adjusted to cold, heat, isochronism, and five positions. The mechanism oscillates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz).

The Patek Philippe Calatrava 5119G-001 was introduced in the 2000's. Patek Philippe debuted their new signature collection called "Calatrava" in 1932. The hobnail bezel was one of the first Calatrava signatures in the early 1930's, with the effect of the bezel resembling the edge of a fine coin.
