This is a Platinum Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 5040G-016. It has a leather strap with a white gold deployant buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 35.8mm diameter solid, two-body curved Tonneau-shaped case is polished with a snap-on display sapphire crystal case back. The dial is black with applied white gold Breguet Arabic numeral hour markers, and white gold feuille leaf hands. There is a luminous railway-style white outer track with minute divisions. A subsidiary dial for the day and a 24-hour indicator are at 9 o'clock, and at 3 o'clock is an aperture for the month and leap year. The moon phase sub dial with date ring is at 6 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters and the power reserve is 48 hours at maximum wind. The 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 5040G-016 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe calibre 240 Q movement that's rhodium-plated and stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark. It has fausses cotes embellishment and it's constructed with 27 jewels, 8 bridges, 275 components, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has a free-sprung Glucydur Gyromax balance that adjusts for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a shock absorber mechanism, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 22K gold micro-rotor. The mechanism oscillates at 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
