This is a stainless steel Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control Chronograph Q1538530. It has an alligator leather strap with a JLC stainless steel double deployant buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has rectangular chronograph push buttons, a pull out winding crown, and A solid screw down case back secured with 4 screws and engraved with "JAEGER LECOULTRE-MASTER CONTROL-5 BAR-SWISS MADE," the 1000-hour master control test stamp, and serial numbers. The Master Control Geophysics logo and emblem are inside a center medallion in high relief. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, gently curved lugs, and flat angled bezel are polished. There is a two-tone sector dial with a silver circular center, a brushed silver reserve with black baton hour indices, Arabic numerals at 6 and 12 o'clock, and an outer black minute/second scale with light blue hour indices. Around the perimeter in a silver reserve is a light blue tachymeter graduation to 500 UPH. It has skeletonized blued syringe hands, a blued center sweep second hand, and there are twin silver recessed subsidiary dials with black markers, and light blue Arabic numerals, including a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at the 9 o'clock position, and a 30-minute chronograph totalizer at 3 o'clock, both with blued indicator hands. It has a 65-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet. The 12.1mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control Chronograph Q1538530 has a mechanical automatic self-winding JLC caliber 751G column wheel chronograph movement. It's rhodium plated, with cotes de Geneve embellishment on the rotor, It's constructed with 37 jewels, 235 components, twin barrels mounted in series, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
