This is an 18k white gold A. Lange & Sohne Saxonia 105.027. It includes an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold tang buckle, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It includes a signed screw down winding crown and a rectangular push button at the 2 o'clock position for adjusting the date. It has an exhibition sapphire display crystal case back secured with 6 screws and engraved with "A. LANGE & SOHNE – GLASHUTTE – SACHSEN," and hallmarks. The 33.9mm diameter round solid two-body case, gently curved lugs, and convex bezel, are brushed/polished. The dial is blue with applied white gold diamond-shaped hour indices around a perimeter white minute scale. There is a large round blue recessed subsidiary dial for the constant running small seconds at the 6 o'clock position with white markers and a gold indicator hand, and it includes thin dauphine sword minute and hour hands. A gold-framed big date aperture window is at 12 o'clock. It has a 45-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 9.1mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This A. Lange & Sohne Saxonia 105.027 has a mechanical manual winding A. Lange & Sohne caliber L941.3 (based on the A. Lange & Sohne caliber L941.1) movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it's constructed with 30 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a swan neck regulator, blued screws, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The A. Lange & Sohne Saxonia was introduced in 1994 and this rare 105.027 in white gold with a blue dial was released in 1997 and was only produced until 2002.
