This stainless-steel Breitling Transocean 1915 Monopusher Chronograph AB141112/G799 includes a solid stainless-steel case on an integral stainless-steel mesh bracelet with a deployment clasp, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a signed pull-out winding crown and an angled rectangular chronograph monopusher button at 2 o’clock, and a screw-down exhibition sapphire display crystal case back engraved with “100EME ANNIVERSAIRE DU PREMIER CHRONOGRAPHE A POUSSOIR – 1915 – AB1411,” and serial numbers. The 42.5mm diameter barrel-shaped case, curved lugs, bracelet, and flat/angled bezel, are polished. The dial is silver with luminous military-style hour indices around a black perimeter hour/minute/second scale. It has polished thin baton hour and minute hands with vintage luminous fill, and a center sweep second hand. It includes a square date aperture window at the 6 o’clock position and there are twin recessed circular toned subsidiary dials with black Arabic numerals, markers, and steel indicator hands, including a small constant running seconds register at 9 o’clock, and a 30-minute “monopoussoire” chronometer totalizer is at 3 o’clock. It’s water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, it has a 70-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 13.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Breitling Transocean 1915 Monopusher Chronograph AB141112/G799 has an automatic self-winding Breitling caliber B14 (based on the ETA 2892-A2) monopoussoire movement, with rhodium plating and Cotes de Geneve embellishment. It’s constructed with 33 jewels, a monometallic balance, an anti-shock system, and heat-blued screws. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). It was released in 2015 in a limited-edition of 1915 examples.
