This is an 18k rose gold Cartier Tank Anglaise Large W5310002. It has an integrated 18k rose gold link bracelet, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The nine-sided winding crown is integrated into the right side case band and is set with a sapphire cabochon; the crown is operable from the right-side of the bezel. There is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 8 screws, and engraved with "CARTIER – SWISS MADE –WATER RESISTANT – AUTOMATIC," a serial and case number, and several hallmarks. The 47mm by 36.2mm solid curved rectangular tank-style case, integral hooded lugs, bracelet, and gently rounded Art deco curved, stepped bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is silvered flinqué with black Roman numeral hour markers, blued steel sword-shaped hands, and with the secret Cartier signature at the VII. It has a blued center sweep second hand and an inner minute/second scale. There is a black-rimmed date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 48-hour power reserve at full wind. The 9.82mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Cartier Tank Anglaise Large W5310002 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Cartier caliber 1904MC movement. It's rhodium plated and the oscillating mass and bridges are adorned with a Côtes de Genève pattern. The mainplate features perlage (circular graining), and it's constructed with 25 jewels, twin barrels, 186 components, and the bi-directional rotor rests on seven ceramic ball bearings for excellent shock-resistance and durability. There is a V-shaped pawl to increase winding efficiency and further improve shock resistance. It includes a Glucydur balance wheel, a self-compensating flat Nivarox balance spring, an Etachron fine adjustment system for regulating the release of energy, a bi-directional "Magic Lever" winding device, and a "c" shaped index regulator. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Cartier Tank Anglaise Large W5310002 was introduced in 2011.
