It has signed pull-out winding crowns at 2 and 4 o'clock, a corrector at 9 o'clock on the left-side case band for the date, and there is an exhibition sapphire display crystal case back secured with 5 screws and engraved with "GLASHUTTE ORIGINAL – ST. STEEL – 5 BAR," and a serial number. The 44mm diameter solid round three-body case, curved lugs, and stepped bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is galvanized blue sunburst with applied luminous steel baton hour markers around a white perimeter hour/minute scale. It has luminous steel dauphine sword hour and minute hands and there are twin large recessed round white-ringed blue subsidiary dials with white Arabic numerals, markers, and steel indicator hands including a GMT second 24-hour time zone register with an incorporated power reserve arch at 12 o'clock, a small round day/night indicator, and there is a constant running small seconds dial at 6 o'clock. It includes a larger round day/night indicator at 9 o'clock, a rectangular date panorama date aperture window at 4 o'clock, and there are twin rectangular aperture windows including a 35-city selection time zone at 7 o'clock with standard time, and a city/daylight savings aperture above it. It has a 72-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, and the 14mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Glashutte Original Senator Cosmopolite 1-89-02-05-02-30 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Glashutte Original caliber 89-02 movement with Cotes des Geneve embellishment. It's made from Glashutte three-quarter plate with 63 jewels and it's constructed with a 21k gold off-center rotor with a double-G logo, a monometallic balance, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
