This is an 18K rose gold Glashutte Original Senator Meissen, 39-59-01-05-04. It has a leather strap with an 18k rose gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, stepped angled bezel, and downturned lugs are polished. It has a polished case back secured with 5 screws, with a transparent display sapphire crystal for viewing the movement. The dial is a paper-thin white Meissen porcelain with the blue Meissen crossed swords logo above the number at the 6 o'clock position, it's hand painted with black radial Roman numeral hour markers, and there are blued steel spade hands. It's water resistant to 50 meters/150 feet, and it has a power reserve of 55-hours. The 10.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic self-winding Glashutte Caliber 100-08 movement is rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's finely finished with striped/ribbed decoration, some hand engraved designs, and beveled component edges. It's constructed with 32 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a swan neck regulator, and a rotor with a 21K gold segment that oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
