This is a stainless steel Grand Seiko SBGR099G. It has an integrated stainless steel bracelet with a folding deployment clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with super clear anti-reflective coatings. It has a screw down winding crown with crown guard, and there is an exhibition sapphire display case back engraved with "WATER RESISTANT 10 BAR – STAINLESS STEEL – MADE IN JAPAN," and with hallmarks and a serial number. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, bracelet, and flat angled bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is silver sunburst with applied faceted steel baton hour markers, steel dauphine hands, and a blued steel center sweep second hand. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and it has a power reserve of 72-hours at full winding. The 13.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Grand Seiko SBGR099 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Grand Seiko caliber 9S61 movement. It's rhodium plated and it's constructed with 37 jewels, a monometallic balance adjusted to temperature and 6 positions, an anti-shock device. It includes a SPRON510 alloy mainspring, a SPRON610 alloy balance spring that is highly shock resistant and anti-magnetic, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).

The Grand Seiko SBGR099 was introduced in 2015.
