This is a stainless-steel Habring Lab02 Erwin. It includes a dove grey Italian leather strap with a stainless-steel tang buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coatings. It has a signed pull-out double-seal winding crown and a screw down exhibition sapphire crystal case back engraved with "HABRING2 – X MASSENA LAB," and an edition number. The 38.5mm diameter solid two-body case, curved lugs, and stepped bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial has a circular vertically brushed silver center surrounded by an 18 rose gold 1930's-style sectored field with applied steel Arabic numeral hour markers at the quarter hours and segment hour markers with a black minute scale divided by a stainless-steel ring and a perimeter Arabic numeral jumping seconds gold chapter ring. It has polished feuille "leaf" hour and minute hands and a blued "Jumping seconds" center sweep hand. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 10.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed This Habring Lab02 Erwin has a mechanical in-house manual winding Habring caliber A11MS movement. It's rhodium plated with polished bevels, decorative grinding, and perlage. The locking mechanism is mounted underneath a tri-spoke bridge that highlights the jumping seconds mechanism that can be viewed from both sides of the watch. It's constructed with 21 jewels, 126 components, a tangential screw fine adjustment, and blued screws. It includes an antimagnetic escapement with a Carl Haas balance spring, a KIF anti-shock system, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Habring Lab02 Erwin was introduced in 2021 in an edition of 50 examples made in the Habring atelier in Austria.
